John Lang, Esq.

Of Counsel

Attorney Lang is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross and Boston University School of Law. He has been defending insurers and self-insureds in Massachusetts for over 35 years. His civil litigation experience encompasses a wide variety of areas, including product liability, construction litigation, professional liability, municipal law, commercial litigation and subrogation. He has represented most of the major commercial insurers in the course of his career.

Mr. Lang has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and has argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.

Mr. Lang was formerly a partner at the law firm of Driscoll, Gillespie & Stanton and subsequently a senior partner at the law firm of Stanton & Lang and subsequently founded his own practice Lang & Associates.  Attorney Lang can be reached at 617-377-7900 or

Kathleen Greeley, Esq.

Attorney Greeley joined CFP Law Group in 2018.  She is a graduate of Boston College and New England School of Law.

Attorney Greeley has over 20 years of experience and specializes in the defense of Workers’ Compensation matters in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Attorney Greeley spent 11 years with the AIG Staff Counsel Office in Boston.  While at AIG, she was promoted to Supervising Attorney at Long & Leahy and Assistant Managing Attorney at Franco & Greeley.  In those roles, she assisted the Managing Attorney with the day-to-day operation of the firm and was responsible for the quality control of Workers’ Compensation cases.

Prior to and subsequent to her tenure with AIG Staff Counsel, Attorney Greeley was an associate at defense firms representing insurers, self-insurers, third-party administrators, employers, and employees in all phases of litigation at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.  Attorney Greeley has also represented insurers at the New Hampshire Department of Labor.

Attorney Greeley has provided numerous seminars and training sessions to her clients.  She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section Council.  She is a contributing author for the LexisNexis Practice Guide for Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation, 2014 Edition.

Ann Marie Paglia, Esq.

Attorney Paglia joined CFP Law Group in 2018. She is a graduate of Roger Williams University (B.S. 1993) and Roger William University School of Law (J.D. 1997).

Prior to joining CFP Law Group, Attorney Paglia worked for Mullen & McGourty, P.C. Her practice was exclusively dedicated to Workers’ Compensation defense representing corporations, employers, third party administrators, insurance companies, and self-insured groups in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Attorney Paglia was at the AIG Staff Counsel Office from 2011 – 2017. She defended claims brought in the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.  While at AIG, Attorney Paglia also defended claims brought under the Defense Base Act, an extension of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Prior to joining AIG, Ann Marie was Staff Counsel at Travelers Insurance.  Before that, she was an Associate Attorney at an insurance defense panel counsel firm in Rhode Island.

Attorney Paglia’s is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Rhode Island, State of Connecticut, and United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Bench/Bar Committee and the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island.

Gina Fleury, Esq.

Attorney Fleury joined CFP Law Group as a law clerk in 2017 and then as an attorney in 2018. She is a graduate of University of North Florida (cum lade, B.A. in Political Science with a Concentration in Public Law) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.).

While at Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Fleury served as the Associate Executive Editor of the Moot Court Honor Board and Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. Her case comment, The Sixth Sense: Exorcising the Specter of Past Injustices – Pena Rodriguez v. Colorado, was published in Issue I of the 2017-2018 Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. She also earned Honorable Mention for the Legal Practice Skills Best Brief.

Prior to becoming an associate attorney with CFP Law Group, Attorney Fleury served as a law clerk at Calnan, Freeley, and Pellegrini, where she gained experience in defending insurers, self-insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters. Prior to joining CFP Law Group, Attorney Fleury was an SJC Rule 3.03 student attorney at the Boston Committee for Public Counsel Services, where she defended clients at the Boston Municipal Court in criminal matters.
